UCM server health is in “warning”state

UCM server health is in “warning”state

Root cause: ”memory out bound” and “could not be created due to lack of available disk space for incidents; configured maximum is {1} bytes and used is {2} bytes”

Cause: The incident with the specified Problem Key could not be created due to lack of available disk space allocated for incidents.

Action: Purge old incidents or increase the maximum allowed disk space for incidents in dfw_config.xml.

SOLUTION: we can restart UCM server from admin console or else for permanent solution see below solution .

So we need to purge incident or else we can increase maximum allow disk space for incident in dfw_config.xml

Go to >>

$DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/servers/UCM_server1/ dfw_config.xml

Change value from 500 to some extend :

 

Then start UCM server.
